Rebecca Gale joined Primary Eyecare Services in December 2025 as Partnerships & Strategy Director.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and care sector, including senior leadership roles at the NHS Confederation, Local Government Association and Care Quality Commission, she brings a national perspective and significant expertise in regulatory frameworks, strategic planning, and delivery of improvement programmes.

Rebecca has led national initiatives on integrated care, provider collaboratives, and complex system reviews, and is passionate about strengthening integration and advancing collaborative models to improve primary care delivery.
