The first time I called I held for 35 minutes and was told I had gone to no.1 in the queue, from being no.7. Then silence for another 7 minutes so I rang off and tried again, this time as was no. 9 in queue requested a call back instead. Was expecting to have to call again tomorrow as call back only lasts for up to 60 minutes. Was delighted to get a call back 45 minutes later requesting more information and then later had a call from optometrist (same day), having sent more photos. Optometrist was professional, helpful, courteous and pleasant and sent digital letter instantly and offered further service if issue gets worse.
