Practice Onboarding Process

All Primary Eyecare Services’ services are delivered through the IT platform, OPERA. If your practice isn’t already onboarded on OPERA, please see here for the ‘Practice Onboarding’ guidance.

My Services
Once onboarded, you can use the ‘My Services’ function to check which services the practice is currently providing.

Practices can request to add and remove services here too.

Practice Profiles
Here you can see all documents that have been uploaded as part of onboarding. This dashboard allows you to update and submit new documents.

Practitioner Profiles
For all practitioners delivering our services. All accreditations must be uploaded to these profiles on OPERA.

Practitioners will not be able to deliver services without having the correct documents uploaded.

Accreditations vary depending on area, if you are unsure, please reach out to your local Clinical Lead.
