This tool will only show you services as delivered by optometry practices where Primary Eyecare are contracted as the NHS coordinating provider.
Eligibility is based on the GP you are registered with – and this will be checked by the optometry practice when you contact them.
Do not attend the practice without calling first, they will be able to confirm eligibility, and carry out some screening questions. If you cannot get hold of a participating optical practice, please contact an alternative provider from the list.
