Andrew joined Primary Eyecare Services in July 2024, bringing 25 years of digital experience from multiple large NHS Acute trusts and ICBs. Most recently, he served as Director of Digital in Gloucestershire, where he successfully led a five-year digital transformation programme.

A strong advocate for open and standardised digital architectures and platforms, Andrew leverages his extensive expertise in NHS digital systems, architecture, and integration. He is dedicated to maximising the potential of new and emerging technologies, ensuring that digital innovation is a key organisational enabler and plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding eyecare to the communities we serve.
