Appointments in this area are allocated to accredited locations by the hospital.
Patients attending these appointments will require a mandatory dilation and recommended to not drive to the appointment.

For people who are considering having surgery to remove cataracts and for people who have had cataract surgery.

Primary Eyecare recommend that children have their eyes tested from an early age with a complete eye test by a qualified optician.

Primary Eyecare Services’ Glaucoma Services include both referral filtering and disease monitoring.

Assessment and treatment for people with recently occurring minor eye problems.

Primary Eyecare Services has partnered with the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust and the following Local Optical Committee (LOC),

to deliver these services.
