PES Sponsors OT Bitesize 2023 Learning Event

PES is delighted to announce that as part of our support for practitioners delivering extended eye care services, we are sponsoring the College of Optometrists upcoming Optometry Tomorrow Bitesize 2023 virtual learning event which is running from Sunday 23 April to Friday 28 April.

Showcasing the ‘best bits’ of the College’s Optometry Tomorrow conference in 2022, the event offers a range of different seminar topics and peer review sessions, all CPD accredited.

The busy programme, comprising a range of topics including glaucoma and independent prescribing, aims to help optometrists to maintain and develop their clinical and professional knowledge and skills.

The first time that PES has supported a prestigious national event of this kind, PES CEO, Dharmesh Patel commented ahead of the event:

As part of our sponsorship involvement, one of PES’s Clinical Directors, Lisa Gibson, is presenting a short video to be shown prior to several sessions.

Supporting practitioners with their continuing professional development in relation to extended eye care services is critical to continuous improvement and development of the services themselves.
