Discussion Workshop, Tuesday 3 June 7pm–8.30pm

This interactive discussion workshop explores how Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) principles impact patient care and workplace culture in optometry – specifically in enhanced eyecare services.

Through real-world case discussions, attendees will develop skills in empathetic communication, inclusive practices, and equitable decision-making. The session empowers optometrists and dispensing opticians to uphold professional standards while fostering a respectful and diverse healthcare environment.
