Over the years this experience includes working in community optometry (both in multiple and independent practice) as well as work within the Hospital Eye Service. I have completed Higher Qualifications in Independent Prescribing, Glaucoma and Medical Retina via various institutions.

I am in role two days a week, and this includes providing direct support to practices and practitioners that deliver the services for Primary Eyecare Services and delivering the reporting requirements for our commissioning ICBs. I work closely with the Contract and Service Leads that look after the areas also.

I am also the Independent Prescribing Lead and support fellow Clinical Leads with IP related queries.
