Low Vision Service offers accessible support to patients managing sight loss that is having an impact on their quality of life, optimising their remaining vision and helping them maintain independence.

Low Vision Service

 

The Low Vision Service provides essential equipment and expert advice to help patients manage sight loss. It also connects them to additional support services, whether they are newly diagnosed or living with long-term, progressive eye conditions.

Patients can make appointments by calling the Primary Eyecare Services Single Point of Access (SPoA) on the free appointments line 0800 175 3077. Referrals from optical practices, GPs, pharmacies and hospitals can be emailed to lgmch.peslv@nhs.net
